New Student Registration
We are now registering for NCHS 9th-12th grade students who are NEW to Unit 5 Schools.
Complete this Online Registration form to begin the registration process for your new student. Only ONE Online Registration application needs to be completed for your family. Please include ALL new students you are wanting to enroll in Unit 5 on one Online Registration application. Once you have completed the Online Registration link, you will receive an email with an Application/Confirmation number.
Click here for information and forms required for registration. Forms can be uploaded (a picture of the completed form or another electronic file) during your online registration or emailed to Beth Brennan Brennae@unit5.org
A new student appointment with a school counselor will not be made for you until all required documentation is received and verified.
