Dear NCHS Alumni and Staff Veterans and Service Members,

We are excited to announce a special project to honor the brave men and women from our NCHS family who have served or are currently serving in the military. Our new military display, titled "Forged in IRON, United in DUTY," will proudly recognize your dedication and sacrifice. If you are a veteran or an active military service member, we invite you to be part of this meaningful tribute. Participation is completely voluntary, and no
information will be displayed without your consent.

To be included, please complete the attached form and return it to me. We would also love to feature a face shot of the honoree in uniform. A photo that is 3" x 5" or larger works best, and an electronic image emailed to us is perfect for the display---which will be slides on the television screen. Thank you for your service to our country and for considering participation in
this project. Your story and commitment inspire us all.
