How to order a transcript

DIRECTIONS on how to order a transcript using Parchment.

*NOTE:  When creating a "New Learner" account in Parchment, please make sure to enter the following:
-Your LEGAL first and last name (found on your birth certificate)
-Either the year you graduated, or if a current student, the last school year you completed for the "Last Year Attended"

If any of the information you enter for your account is incorrect, the NCHS Registrar will deny your transcript request.
